So when we first estimate the time and cost of developing your website, an important aspect for us is what is in your Figma, PSD, Adobe XD, or another design file. We use the design you provided to set up your website. In many cases, your designer will create a few templates that can be used across multiple web pages on your WordPress site.

We will ask you whether you want us to import content, text, and images. Or if you would like to set these things up for yourself? If you decide that you want to manage the content on your site, we can provide you with a video with instructions on how best to do that. This video will be based on your site and one of our developers will take you through all the different things you can change, add or remove on your pages.

At the end of the day, this is your website and you can do what you need and like with it. We simply set up the machine to make it possible.

However, this is a second option where you pay us to import text, images, and content. Typically, you will pay about half the developer’s rate, because adding text does not require technical skills. It can be someone who understands WordPress but doesn’t need to be a programmer. If this option is something you are more comfortable with you, all you need to do is provide us the content or text in a Google Doc or Dropbox paper, or another format. And based on this we will add everything to your site.

Yes, we code with SEO in mind, because we realize how important SEO has become to running a successful modern website. We do not handle search engine optimization aspects such as keywords, content writing, etc. Our developers only handle the technical aspects. They can install a plugin to help with SEO if that is something you want.

No, we don’t provide website hosting services. But we can recommend a website hosting provider that is tailored to handle WordPress sites.

Our website development services are not for everyone. If you are looking to develop a site for the sake of having a website, we may not be the best option for you. In this scenario, you may want to buy a pre-made WordPress theme for let’s 60 dollars and pay someone from Upwork an additional 300 dollars and have a site.

However, if you are looking to have your website make you some money, then we are the right fit for you. We can build you a website based on a custom theme. Moreover, we can code you a site that will fit ideally into content marketing. So if you are looking to implement SEO practices, copywriting, etc. Then we are the right choice for you. We will build your site so that it’s optimized in terms of site speed and web performance.

Additionally, if you are an agency that needs a development team to carry out a website development project for you. We can do that, but we may not be the cheapest option.

Yes, of course, it’s your website after all. You will have logins and access to modify your website. Moreover, our developers can create video instructions on how to modify your site, if that is something you would like.

Acclaim developers will create a video using your site and show you how to edit basic elements to even more complex animations or functionalities.

So there are three scenarios when it comes to paying for website development.

1. If you have a small project we can provide you with a fixed price. If you agree to that rate you can pay half and half. So you pay 50% before we start work on your project and then the other 50% after project deployment.
2. If you have a bigger project but there are no unknown variables. And we don’t predict any changes we can also offer you a fixed rate. During this time you can pay in three instalments. 33% before we start your project, 33% in the middle of your project, and the last 33% once your project is complete.
3. If you have a big project let’s say more than 500 developer hours. Or if there are a lot of unknown variables, you will pay for time and material. However, we will give you a rough estimate for either the whole project or for various projects in the form of a range. You will be updated on the progress and budget changes weekly to make sure you are not surprised by anything.

However, something to note when it comes to projects on a fixed rate, if something is added to your project scope that was not there originally, we will charge you extra. For example, if originally you did not want a video instruction on how to edit your site, but after some time you decide that you do need it. Then we are more than happy to record such as video but it will cost you extra as it is out of scope. The fixed rate is only for the things that were originally discussed in the scope of your project.

For new clients, we require a 30% deposit before starting work on a new project.

Yes, we provide a VAT invoice.

No, nothing like that is necessary. We can plan everything through email and text chat. However, if you would like to set up a chat, we can meet on a video call.

We do everything in-house. Our clients can be sure of the consistency of our high-quality software.

We respond to all inquiries in one business day.

We value a tight-knit relationship with our customers. When we are building your site there are some nuances where we would like your input. Something can be created in three ways and the end result will be the same. But perhaps there is a certain way you want it done. It’s much easier to agree on which method to choose before it’s actually implemented. Because if we develop everything and then you can back to us that you don’t like it. We can of course change it but it will take more time and most likely cost you more as well.

But that being said if you do not want to be as involved, that is okay. We will develop everything based on the design and information you provided at the beginning and that’s it. We will let you know if we need something or once the project is finished.

Moreover, at the very beginning of our cooperation, you will also have the option to do weekly calls with our development team to iron out any details. You can choose this but if not you can always communicate with us through our Slack channels and ClickUp. We are very flexible and can adjust to your needs and wants.
