B2B SaaS marketing teams
Marketing sites
You need pages live this week, not next sprint. Your team edits in blocks that cannot break the layout.
CTOs and product teams
The code sits in your Git, with staging and review before deploy. No page builder and no middle layer.
Agencies, under your brand
We build white-label, under NDA, in your Slack. Your client never hears from us.

What we build
Custom WordPress,
built on Crunch.
Themes, blocks, plugins and stores. Every build starts from Crunch, our framework since 2015.
- Most common
Bespoke WordPress themes
A theme built for your content, not bought and bent.
- Custom Gutenberg blocks with typed ACF fields.
- AI agents draft each template. Developers review every line.
- Each template loads only the CSS and JS it needs.
- Custom plugins and integrations with your CRM or API.
- Tested on real browsers until PageSpeed passes 90.
WooCommerce stores
Catalogue, cart and checkout in one system you own.
- Product, cart, checkout and account templates.
- Subscriptions, as on the Kora store.
- Payments, shipping and tax set up and tested.
- Product data moved over from your old store.
Headless WordPress
WordPress as the content source, with a Next.js or Astro front end.
- Worth it when one source feeds several front ends.
- Editors keep the WordPress screen they know.
- Content served to the front end through the REST API.
- Headless builds start at €20,000.
Our own theme
Why we build on Crunch,
not on a theme you bought.
Patchstack logged 11,334 new WordPress vulnerabilities in 2025. 91% were in plugins. We ship 10 to 15 plugins per build.
| What you end up with | Crunch, our framework | Marketplace theme | Page builder |
|---|---|---|---|
| Plugins in a typical build | 10 to 15, each one needed | Whatever the demo import brought | The builder, plus its add-ons |
| How editors work | Gutenberg blocks and typed ACF fields | A theme options panel | A drag and drop canvas |
| Who can break a layout | Nobody. Fields only accept what fits | Anyone with the options panel | Anyone with edit rights |
| Who controls upgrades | You. The theme is in your repository | The vendor’s roadmap | The vendor’s roadmap |
| Performance in writing | 90+ on mobile at handover | Whatever the theme author shipped | Whatever the canvas renders |
| Accessibility | WCAG 2.1 AA, checked by keyboard and screen reader | Claimed, rarely tested | Depends on the widget |

WordPress or Webflow
When WordPress is
the wrong call.
We do not sell WordPress at any cost. Here is where each side wins, so you can rule us out in five minutes.
| If this is your situation | WordPress | Webflow or headless |
|---|---|---|
| Content at volume | No platform cap on records | Plan limits apply, 20,000 CMS items on Premium |
| Roles and permissions | Granular, down to a single field | A short list of seat types |
| Selling from the site | WooCommerce, catalogue and checkout in one system | Fine for a simple cart, thin past that |
| Talking to your systems | Custom PHP against any API | Whatever the platform exposes |
| Who owns the code | You do, on hosting you pick | You rent the platform |
| Marketing autonomy | Editors work inside blocks we defined | Marketing rearranges pages freely |
| Maintenance | Core, plugins and PHP need a hand | The platform updates itself |

Under one second to load
Measured on a mid-range Android over a mobile connection, not on a laptop plugged into fibre.
90 or better on mobile
PageSpeed checked on the client’s own hosting before handoff. If it comes in under, we fix it before you see an invoice.
Gutenberg and ACF
Your team edits in the native editor, with fields shaped by the design. Nothing they can click will pull the layout apart.
Accessible by default
Contrast, focus order, labels and keyboard paths tested with a screen reader, not only with an automated scan.
Breakpoints from your file
Responsive to the design rather than to a grid we brought with us. If you drew three columns at 900px, that is where it becomes three columns.

FAQ
Questions we get
before the contract.
Short answers first. Ask anything else on the call.
How much does a custom WordPress website cost?
Our builds start at €8,000 for a simple site and €12,000 for most B2B SaaS sites. Headless starts at €20,000 and stores at €30,000. Prices exclude VAT.
How long does a WordPress build take?
The estimate carries a delivery date, and we treat it as fixed. Length depends on the number of templates and on how many systems the site talks to, which is why the estimate splits the work into sprints with hours on each.
Do we own the code and the site?
Yes, from the first day, not the last. The theme, the blocks, the ACF configuration, the deployment scripts and the repository history are yours. No license to renew, and nothing stops working if you leave.
Can you work with our premium theme or page builder?
We build on Crunch, our own theme since 2015. A bought theme ships markup written for every site that bought it, and a page builder adds plugins you did not choose and hands your upgrades to a vendor. The table above puts the three side by side.
Is WordPress secure enough for a B2B SaaS company?
Yes, if the plugin count is treated as the security decision it is. Patchstack logged 11,334 new WordPress vulnerabilities in 2025, and 91% were in plugins. A build on Crunch carries 10 to 15, each one needed.
Should we use Webflow instead of WordPress?
Sometimes, and we will say so on the call. If the site is small, permissions are simple and marketing wants to rearrange pages freely, Webflow wins. WordPress earns its keep at volume, with real roles, a store, or systems you already run.
When is headless WordPress worth it?
When one source feeds several front ends. Editors keep the WordPress screen they know, and a Next.js or Astro front end reads the content through the REST API. Headless builds start at €20,000.
What happens after launch?
Every build has a 60-day warranty, so anything broken at handover is fixed without an invoice. After that, care plans start at €349 a month, or you can use hours from a monthly plan.
