Questions about your data?hello@acclaim.agency

This policy explains what happens to personal data when you visit acclaim.agency, contact us or work with us. It covers clients, partner agencies and visitors.

Who we are

Acclaim Agency is a trading name of Momentum Group Dawid Stasiak, ul. Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza 40/1, 90-135 Łódź, Poland. VAT PL7272791640. We are the data controller for this website.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you, run the site and deliver the work.

  • What you send us: name, work email, company and your message.
  • What the site records: pages visited, device and rough location.
  • What a project needs: contacts, the logins you share and invoices.

Plain English

We never ask for more than a form needs. Every field we did not need, we removed.

Why we use it

Each use has a legal basis under the GDPR. We reply to your message and prepare a quote because you asked us to, which is a step before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We deliver the work under the contract we signed with you (Article 6(1)(b)). Statistics, marketing and preference tools run only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a)). The basic signal Google Analytics receives when you decline, with no cookie and no identifier, relies on our legitimate interest in knowing how much traffic the site gets (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep invoices because the law requires it (Article 6(1)(c)), and we keep the site secure and free of spam because we have a legitimate interest in doing so (Article 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask us to do four things. We reply within one month.

  1. See your data

Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.

  2. Fix it

Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.

  3. Delete it

Ask us to erase your data when we no longer need it.

  4. Object or move it

Object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format.

You can also ask us to limit how we use your data while a question about it is open. If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or to the authority where you live.

Who we share it with

  • Hosting and infrastructure

The servers that run this site and store form messages.

  • Email and calendar

The tools we use to reply to you and book calls.

  • Project tools

Slack, ClickUp, Loom and Toggl, for client work only.

Today that means Cloudflare for hosting, HubSpot for form messages, newsletter sign-ups and visit tracking, and Calendly for call bookings. Each one works under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions.

With your consent, statistics, marketing and preference tools also receive data about your visit: Google, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Ahrefs, Meta, Apollo.io and VideoAsk. Google and Meta also use data from their ad tags for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies, which is why those tags load only if you accept marketing cookies. Our cookie policy lists each tool and what it stores.

Data outside the EEA

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the European Economic Area, it travels under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so it keeps the same level of protection.

Questions people ask

Do you use cookies?

Only the ones the site needs, plus statistics, marketing and preference cookies if you agree. Our cookie policy lists every one.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell or rent personal data. The only ad tags on the site, from Google and Meta, load only if you accept marketing cookies.

How do I delete my data?

Email hello@acclaim.agency from the address you used with us. We delete what we hold within one month and confirm when it is done. Invoices are the one thing the law makes us keep.

Who handles data protection at Acclaim?

Dawid Stasiak, the founder, handles every data request personally. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because the law does not require one for a company of our size.
