White label for agencies

White label web development
for agencies, under your brand.

Your agency’s senior web team for WordPress, Webflow and headless sites. We sign a mutual NDA and a 24-month non-solicitation before you share a client name.

A PM and a QA tester on every project. Your client only ever sees you.

30 minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson.

White label

What is white label
web development?

We build the site, and you deliver it under your brand. Your client sees your agency only. You keep the relationship, the price and the credit.

We work for web, design, SEO and marketing agencies in the UK, the EU and the US.

Invisible by design

Your client never sees us. That is the point.

  • We work in your Slack, your Jira and your Git organisation.
  • We email your client from your domain, under your names.
  • No Acclaim credits in the code, the footer or the commits.
  • Stay anonymous, or name us as a specialist partner.
  • A named partner can make data protection paperwork easier.

Partner terms

We do not take your clients.
In writing.

This is the question every agency asks. Here is the answer in contract terms, not reassurance.

Partner agreement· signed before you share a client name

Mutual NDA

  1. 24-month non-solicitation

We never contact, pitch or take work from your clients. Not during the partnership, and not for 24 months after.

  2. Mutual NDA, signed first

It covers the fact that we work together at all. We never name you as a partner without your written approval.

  3. You own the code

Everything we write for your project is yours, in your repository, from the first commit.

  4. No subcontractors

Our own team reads your file and builds it. Work is never resold down a chain.

What differs

White label, outsourcing,
staff augmentation.

If you sell the work under your brand, you need white label. If you outsource your own company site, see WordPress outsourcing.

Ways to work

Three ways
to work with us.

Pick by how work arrives at your agency. Project work is small enough to start with one template.

  • Good first step

    Project

A fixed scope, a fixed price and a fixed date for one client build.

    • One Figma file or one site at a time.
    • A fixed estimate before any work starts.
    • Your PM talks to our PM, never to your client.
    • Sixty days of free fixes after launch.
    • Every hour logged in Toggl.
    Send us a Figma file
  • Retainer

A block of hours each month for steady overflow.

    • 40, 60 or 80 hours a month, from €3,200.
    • A team that already knows your stack.
    • You set the priorities in your own tools.
    • Unused scope is planned in, not wasted.
    See partner rates
  • Embedded developer

One of our developers inside your team, on your standups.

    • Works under your process and your tech lead.
    • Best when you need capacity, not a delivery partner.
    • Uses your email, your Slack and your Git.
    • Starts in five to ten working days.

How a project runs

AI and margin

Half the hours.
The same build.

We run scaffolding, Figma conversion and the first QA pass with AI. People make every decision that matters.

  • The number

A build that takes a typical subcontractor around 200 hours takes us around 100.

  • What AI does

Block scaffolding, Figma conversion and the first QA pass on every template.

  • What people do

Architecture, accessibility and security. A developer reviews every line and owns it.

  • What it means for you

Fewer hours to resell at the same quality. The margin stays with you.

goes wrong?

FAQ

Questions
agencies ask.

Short answers first. Ask anything else on the partner call.

Will you ever contact my client?

No. We sign a 24-month non-solicitation and a mutual NDA before you share a client name. We only speak to your client if you invite us, under your brand.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. Acclaim works in your repository under your account, so ownership never transfers because it never left. You get the code, the documentation and the deployment setup. There is no escrow step and no final-payment condition on access.

How much does white label web development cost?

Acclaim charges €80 an hour for project work. Monthly retainers of 40, 60 or 80 hours cost €80, €75 and €70 an hour. Rates are published on this page. At a typical 2x agency markup, a 40-hour retainer costs €3,200. It bills to your client at around €6,400.

What is the difference between white label and outsourcing?

Who the client is. With white label, your agency sells the work to its own client under your brand, and we stay invisible. With outsourcing, a company hires us for its own site and talks to us directly. The team, the process and the rates are the same.

Yes. White label development is a standard subcontracting arrangement, legal in every market Acclaim works in. What matters is the paperwork: a mutual NDA, a clear IP assignment, and a data processing agreement where personal data is involved. We provide all three before work starts.

Can I tell my client about you?

Yes, if you want to. Acclaim works either way: fully anonymous, or introduced as your named specialist partner. Some agencies find naming a technical partner strengthens their pitch. The only approach we would advise against is having no answer ready when a client asks directly.

What if you disappear mid-project?

You keep working. Acclaim assigns a second developer to every project who knows the codebase. Documentation is written during the build rather than after it. You already hold the repository, the hosting credentials and the documentation. You are never blocked waiting for us.

Do you use AI, and who checks it?

Yes, on scaffolding, Figma conversion and the first QA pass. A build that takes around 200 hours by hand takes Acclaim around 100. Every architectural decision, every accessibility judgment and the final QA are done by people. The hours saved come off your invoice, not off the review.

Send us a Figma file

Send us a Figma file
for a fixed estimate.

No call needed to start. Send the file and the scope, and we come back with a fixed price and a date.

  1. You send this. We read it the same day.
  2. A fixed estimate and a delivery date, in writing.
  3. We sign the NDA and the non-solicitation, then we build.
