Prices and offers
The prices on this site show where a project usually starts. They are in euro unless you pick another currency, and they exclude VAT. A price on a page is not an offer you can accept: the binding price is the one in the written quote we send you, after we have seen your brief or your file.

Who owns what
The text, graphics, code and design of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read, share and link to our pages. You may not copy them to sell or publish as your own.
Work we build for a client is a different matter. Copyright in that work transfers to the client on final payment, as our agreements set out.
Links and third parties
The site links to other websites and uses tools run by other companies, such as the Calendly booking calendar. We are not responsible for their content or for how they work. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Our responsibility
We keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and some information on it may go out of date. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and law
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Polish law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.

Is a price on the site binding?
No. It shows where projects usually start. The price that binds both of us is the one in your written quote.
Do you work under our own contract?
Yes. If your company has its own agreement or NDA, we are happy to review it and sign it instead of ours.
Where is my personal data covered?
Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to see or delete it.
